So you don’t know about wines. What colour goes with what food, how to order, or how to just plain show off. Truth is, it’s not too complicated – and trying on wine connoisseurship can actually be quite fun.
When pairing wines with food, combine red wine with beef or other red meat, and white wine with fish or poultry.
Red wines are classified by their "body-type (its mouth feel) and amount of tannins. Red wines may be light-bodied, medium-bodied, or full-bodied. White wines, in its simplest classification, are divided into dry or semi-sweet.
